New companies added, funded projects enter Early Access and portfolio company wins award!

Jaw Drop Games, funded as part of the Content Fund, recently announced funded project Deathground has entered Early Access. The nerve-shredding dinosaur survival horror game has already built serious momentum, reaching #10 in the UK on Steam with almost 300,000 players adding it to their wishlists. On top of all this, Deathground reached the Top 20 on Twitch and #4 on the Steam Hype Chart!

Deathground is a solo and co-op survival horror game where players face off against deadly, AI-powered dinosaurs in abandoned research facilities overrun by prehistoric threats. Built in Unreal Engine 5, it blends stealth, cinematic tension and squad-based tactics in intense, replayable missions. Whether going in solo or teaming up with up to three other players, survival depends on teamwork, quick thinking and raw instinct.

Dan Da Rocha from Jaw Drop Games said:

“Grant support from the Content Fund has been key to enabling us to add further polish to the game by bringing in additional support roles across the art, animation, audio and music departments. Without it, we’d have not got to launch in the time that we have.”
